Extended Warranty for the Alien ALR-9900+ RFID Reader:

This Extended Warranty may be purchased in 1 or 2 year increments before expiration of the warranty period and takes effect at the end of the standard warranty. Antennas purchased with the reader are also covered (Up to 4). Alien will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of qualifying readers and antennas, typically within 21 days of receipt of the returned product.

What You Get:

• English-Speaking Helpdesk Support 8AM US ET to 6PM US ET (E-mail, phone, or web).
• Primary: Repair upon receipt of failed unit.
• Secondary: Replacement with refurbished/new product if unable to repair.
• Standard repair queue priority.
• Starts upon expiration of Shipment warranty.
