The Zebra MWRP-D820A-Z-00AA is part of Zebra's Transition RFID Portal line, specializing in reading tags in transitional spaces, such as dock doors. Zebra Transition RFID Portals empower companies to manage and monitor inventory, control costs and optimize workflows with fast, reliable, highly automated updates when tagged assets pass through a portal. Used primarily at dock doors, these integrated portals can reduce the need for human intervention and manual scanning at common chokepoints.

The RF fields from the Zebra portals are optimized for reading RFID labels with a directed, rectangular RF field creating an ideal read zone between the panels. Because of this, Lower RF power can be used to cover the read zone with fewer reads getting outside of the portal.
