    Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Once hardware has shipped or software licenses have been provisioned, changes may not be possible and you will need to contact the customer service team using our contact us page.

    How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, shipping destination, and shipping method selected. In stock orders placed before 3:30 PM EST typically ship the same day otherwise the following business day.
