The standard ZebraCare Depot package covers all labor and parts (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries), cleaning and adjustment, and preventative maintenance at no additional cost - with a three-day turnaround.

ZebraCare Depot standard "back-to-factory" agreements cover all the labor and parts required to keep your printers operating at the high performance levels you have come to expect from your Zebra products. All Zebra equipment returned for service under this agreement will receive a complete preventative maintenance procedure and will be returned to you at no additional cost.

ZebraCare Depot Standard includes:

• All parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries)
• Genuine Zebra parts installed by factory-trained technicians
• Repair of nonfunctioning equipment
• Cleaning and adjustment
• Complete preventative maintenance procedure (high-performance, specialty, and industrial/commercial printers only)
• Return shipping via ground
• 3-day lead time from date of receipt
• Engineering changes (ECOs) automatically applied keeping your printer up to date
• Comprehensive includes unlimted printhead replacement, normal wear and tear and all internal and external components, such as the LCD, media cover, gears, ect
