The ZQ600 Plus models require and ship with new Windows drivers and new firmware that are not backward compatible with legacy ZQ600 Series models. Clear markings on the ZQ600 Plus printers will help users identify and use the correct firmware and drivers needed within a mixed fleet environment. The new ZQ600 Plus models will come with new SKUs/part numbers and serial number prefix in order to help customers differentiate between the ZQ600 and ZQ600 Plus models.
